This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes all your data, match history, stats, and in-app purchases. This cannot be undone.
On iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Open quelo
Launch the quelo app on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon in the top corner, then tap Settings.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
Confirm deletion
Read the warning, then confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
On Android
Open quelo
Launch the quelo app on your Android device.
Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon, then tap the Settings icon.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
Confirm deletion
Read the warning, then confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your username, profile picture, and bio
- Match history and statistics
- Leaderboard rankings
- All in-app purchases and rewards
- Any saved preferences or settings
